Every selected treatment, accounted for.

Change the fee, engagement or supported media recommendation and see the selected treatment flow through the working. Coverage includes explicit no-GST treatment and GST-exclusive or GST-inclusive arithmetic for a confirmed wholly taxable contractor fee stack; confirmed Australian-resident no-TFN Scale 4 withholding; 12% statutory SG on a selected, confirmed earnings basis; and the FY 2026–27 employer/payee annual maximum-base cap when the operator supplies and attests the complete YTD opening and source. Other PAYG outcomes remain source-labelled external inputs; unsupported complex GST, super and timing cases stay outside approval.

Fixed media recommendations, source-dated to CGA.

Approval freezes the record

Approval seals the totals, payee identity, payer ABN, bank and super routing, selected treatments, declarations and source references. Later edits cannot rewrite a sealed batch; corrections use a new batch.

Workflow

Three steps from a booking to a reviewed bank hand-off.

Screenpay does the arithmetic for the treatment you select and shows its sources. You review and approve, preview the ABA with your bank, and hand the non-import-ready MYOB or Xero reconciliation worksheets to your accountant.

The manifest

One run. The payment-preparation hand-offs together.

Approve once and the run produces a payee-net bank hand-off file, accounting reconciliation worksheets and internal records, plus schedules for external obligations it does not settle. Any agent commission remains an off-platform payable until you reconcile and pay the agent. Validate the ABA in the exact bank channel and review the accounting mapping in a representative test organisation before relying on either hand-off.

Compliance bulletin · 1 July 2026

Payday Super is here.

Since 1 July 2026, super generally must reach the fund within 7 business days of payday. Screenpay now turns that obligation into a payee-level workflow: calculate a planning date, surface fund-data gaps, export the internal schedule and record operator-attested receipt evidence. The fund or provider remains the external source of receipt.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does Screenpay hold or move our money?

No. Screenpay prepares payee-net bank hand-off files and supporting records; you authorise payments from your own accounts and complete PAYG, super and any agent-commission obligations through their proper external channels. Screenpay never holds or moves funds.

What is Payday Super and does Screenpay track it?

From 1 July 2026, super generally must reach the fund within 7 business days of payday. Screenpay supports that ordinary planning workflow, exports an internal planning and reconciliation schedule, and records operator-attested receipt evidence. Extended-period cases are not supported for approval in this release and must use an externally reviewed workflow. Screenpay does not transmit or validate SuperStream payments.

Which calculations does Screenpay support?

Screenpay supports explicit no-GST treatment and GST-exclusive or GST-inclusive arithmetic for a confirmed wholly taxable contractor fee stack; confirmed Australian-resident no-TFN Scale 4 withholding; 12% statutory SG on a selected, confirmed earnings basis; and the FY 2026–27 employer/payee annual maximum-base cap when the operator supplies and attests the complete YTD opening and source. Other PAYG outcomes remain source-labelled external inputs; unsupported complex GST, super and timing cases stay outside approval.

What can Screenpay export?

One payment batch produces a bank-format ABA for payer-bank validation, MYOB- and Xero-oriented reconciliation worksheets, a CSV for Excel, a current-period non-YTD payroll/STP reconciliation worksheet, an internal super planning schedule, a confidential internal batch pay record and a confidential internal evidence pack. Both PDFs contain every payee and must not be sent to an individual. The accounting worksheets are not import-ready; the payroll/STP worksheet is not an ATO schema or lodgeable payload; and the super schedule is not SuperStream-ready.

What does Screenpay cost?

$8 per unique payee across approved batches in a UTC calendar month. The first 2 unique payees each UTC month are free, and a UTC month is never more than $160. The same payee across several approved batches in one UTC month is charged once, and a UTC month with no approved batches bills $0. Billing resets at 00:00 UTC on the first. The full engine is on every plan.
